V&nbsp;brambo\u0159e najdete krom\u011b u\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho vitam\u00ednu C v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed thiaminu a riboflavinu a \u0159adu miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Nejv\u00edce prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek se nach\u00e1z\u00ed (ostatn\u011b jako to b\u00fdv\u00e1 u mnoha druh\u016f zeleniny a ovoce) t\u011bsn\u011b pod slupkou.\t\tDejte si ale pozor na siln\u011b nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 brambory, kter\u00e9 v&nbsp;sob\u011b maj\u00ed toxick\u00fd alkaloid, solanin, ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed, ne\u017e by bylo zdr\u00e1vo. (Mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed solaninu je v&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00e9 brambo\u0159e, by\u0165 se nyn\u00ed p\u011bstuj\u00ed druhy, kter\u00e9 jsou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 solaninuprost\u00e9). Z&nbsp;jedn\u00e9, dvou porc\u00ed nic nepozn\u00e1te, ale t\u011blo m\u00e1 docela pr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;jeho odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm.\t&nbsp;\tBrambory se podle pou\u017eit\u00ed d\u011bl\u00ed na tzv. varn\u00e9 typy: A, B, C. Jedin\u00e9 pravidlo zn\u00ed: uchov\u00e1vat je v&nbsp;suchu, temnu a chladu (ale ne v&nbsp;mraze).\t\tPe\u010den\u00e9 k\u0159upav\u00e9 brambory\tBrambory uva\u0159te, oloupejte, nakr\u00e1jejte na mal\u00e9 kostky. Do m\u00edsy nalijte olivov\u00fd olej, p\u0159idejte s\u016fl, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b obl\u00edben\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed a v&nbsp;t\u00e9to &bdquo;l\u00e1zni&ldquo; vykoupejte brambory. Na plech vylo\u017een\u00fd pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem naskl\u00e1dejte bramb\u016frky tak, aby se nedot\u00fdkaly, pe\u010dte na 200&deg;C asi dvacet minut. Je\u0161t\u011b tepl\u00e9 je m\u016f\u017eete prom\u00edchat s&nbsp;ut\u0159en\u00fdm \u010desnekem.\t&nbsp;\tBramborov\u00e9 placky s&nbsp;houbami\tNa m\u00e1sle orestujte cibulku, p\u0159idejte houby, oko\u0159e\u0148te sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em, p\u0159idejte trochu b\u00edl\u00e9ho v\u00edna, kr\u00e1tce pova\u0159te a zalijte smetanou ke \u0161leh\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u0159i a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed brambory nastrouhejte nahrubo, slijte vodu, sm\u00edchejte s&nbsp;bylinkami jako je rozmar\u00fdn, petr\u017eel nebo \u0161alv\u011bj a na p\u00e1nvi z&nbsp;nich upe\u010dte tenk\u00e9 placky. Do vymazan\u00e9ho pek\u00e1\u010dku placky poskl\u00e1dejte vedle sebe, na ka\u017edou navr\u0161te houby, p\u0159ikryjte poklopem z&nbsp;rozv\u00e1len\u00e9ho listov\u00e9ho t\u011bsta, pot\u0159ete vaj\u00ed\u010dkem a pe\u010dte p\u0159i 220&deg;C asi deset minut.\t&nbsp;\tA je\u0161t\u011b tip na knihu!
